India Government has announced established of the Multi  Modals High Axle Load Dedicated freight Corridor (DFC) between Delhi and Mumbai ,Covering an overall length of 1483 km, all Indsutries and passing through the six states  Uttar Pardesh, Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Maharastra. End terminal at Dadri in the NCR of Delhi and (JN Port) near Mumbai. The corridor indicates that Rajasthan (39%) and Gujrat (38%) together constitute 77% of the total length of the alignment of freight corridor followed by Haryana and Maharastra 10% each and Uttar Pradesh and National Capital Region of Delhi 1.5% of total length each.

In Rajasthan, Neemarana- Behror and Keshwana Investment Region , in North- Eastern Rajasthan. Be located within 20km from the alignment of Dedicated freight Corridor. Infrastructural Developments

Development of the Global City: A global city is slated in Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror on 40,000 acres of land and will house around one million people. This mega city will have sub cities within including the Cyber City, Medicity, Knowledge City, Entertainment City, SEZ City, World Trade City, Bio-diversity Park, A Dry Port City and an airport facility. All these will be self-sufficient in terms of residential, commercial, retail and good entertainment spaces.

Neemrana as an education hub: A total of 38 World level universities have got sanctions to open up their institutes in Neemrana. This will generate employment opportunities for academicians and will attract a lot of students from Gurgaon and NCR to shit to Neemrana for higher education

The industrial hub: -Rajasthan State Industrial Development and Investment Corporation (RIICO) is setting Neemrana Phase III as an industrial hub with industrial estates here extending 2000 acres. The Rajasthan Government has also approved 1,100 acres of land to RIICO for a large industrial estate which would also have a residential colony with educational, medical and recreational zones.

Japani Zone in Neemrana:- RIICO has signed up with Japan External Trade Organization leading to several Japanese companies setting up their industrial units at Neemrana Industrial Area. This has led to a lot of white collar as well as labour jobs in the area. As a result, the demand for both premium residential living and affordable housing has increased considerably.

Korean Zone in Neemrana:- An agreement has been signed between RIICO and South Korean Trade Promotion Agency in March 2013 and many automobile and electronic companies are expected to set up their base in Neemrana. The exclusive Korean Zone will spread across 1250 acres of land and is being set up in Ghilot in Neemrana.

Multi-National industrial Groups: Neemrana:- Companies like Liberty Whiteware, Hero Honda, Pallavi Copper Pipes, AMD Metplast, Parle-G, Ginni International, Prena Syntex, and Rochee Breweries. Three Japanese logistics companies are going to set up operations over 275 acres of land in Neemrana.
